At Matin Edit, each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with intention. Should your order not meet your expectations, we are here to ensure a seamless and considered return experience.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for select ready-to-ship pieces only.

To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with all tags attached
• In original packaging


Final Sale Items

All made-to-order pieces are final sale.

As each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these pieces.


Condition Requirements

Items that show any signs of wear, alteration, damage, or removal of original tags will not be accepted.

We kindly ask that all returns are sent back in the same pristine condition in which they were received.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and carefully inspected by our quality control team, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed.

Please note that, depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

If a returned item does not meet our return requirements, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

Exchanges

At Matin Edit, we are pleased to offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify, pieces must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Returned with all tags attached and packaging intact

Once your return is received and approved, you may choose between:
• Store credit, or
• An exchange for another available piece

Please note that all pre-order and made-to-order items remain final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

We recommend initiating your exchange promptly to ensure availability of your desired piece.

Final Sale Items

Certain pieces — including made-to-order, personalized, and discounted items — are designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

These items are clearly marked on the product page prior to purchase.

We encourage you to review all product details carefully or connect with our Client Services team prior to placing your order for any guidance or clarification.
